Refunds

Within 24 hours of payment

If the greeting page is not yet live and the certificate has not yet been printed, we offer a full no-questions refund. Email hello@giftyour.namewith your order ID and we’ll process it the same business day.

After the greeting page is live

We offer one of two options: pick a different domain name (we’ll publish the same greeting page on the new domain at no extra cost), or take a credit for the full amount you paid that you can use within 12 months. We can’t refund the cash once a domain is registered in someone’s name and live.

If the recipient doesn’t want it

They can take down the greeting page with one click. They can also ignore the gift entirely — the domain stays in our care for the year, and we don’t charge you again at year-end.

Faulty printed certificates

If the printed certificate arrives damaged, with a typo on our part, or otherwise faulty, send a photo to hello@giftyour.name within 14 days and we’ll reprint and reship at no cost.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services are faulty, not as described, or fail to do what we promised, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
