We register the domain
Behind the scenes we file the registration with the domain registry, privacy protection switched on. It lives in our care until they claim it, then it's theirs to use.

We post it to them
Standard and Premium ship from our Australian print partner. Heirloom goes through our boutique letterpress partner in Melbourne. You get a tracking link.

They open it
Scan the QR, land on the greeting page, claim the domain with a one-click sign-in link. The dashboard opens with email-on-their-domain as the first offer — included free.
After you pay
The rest runs itself.
Domain registered
We register their domain in their name with private contact details. They don’t need to fill in a single form — we hand the domain to them when they claim it.
Greeting page goes live
Their personalised page is live at their.domain in about two minutes. Lightweight, fast, no tracking, no ads.
Certificate printed and posted
Standard and Premium ship through our Australian print partner; Heirloom is hand-pressed by a Melbourne letterpress studio. You get a tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
They open it
Scan the QR on the certificate, tap the link in the email — they land on their greeting and can claim with one click. They get a free email address on their new domain too, if they want it.
